Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I access the content once I've signed up?
Once you have signed up, I'll email you regarding a login and you will have immediate access to all of the learning content, videos, templates etc.
Do I need to be based in UK?
We welcome Black mamas from all over the globe, however please bear in mind that all information shared is from a UK health system perspective.
What's the best stage to sign up?
The earlier you sign up, the better! Pregnancy, birth and parenthood is a journey; I liken it to an epic adventure. Let's get you started on the right foot. I can alert you to some of the potholes that many Black mamas encounter on the way so that your journey is smoother and easier. If you've come to us already part way through your journey, maybe your baby is due very soon or you've just given birth, no matter as you'll still benefit from the pregnancy, birth and postpartum content until your baby is 3 months old.
Do you offer 1:1 sessions?
After you have signed up to THE Ultimate Birth Prep for Black Queens, you'll be offered the opportunity to work with me 1:1 (Mon-Fri). Your partner/birth partner is also invited to join us as we prepare for birth together.
How long will I have access to the content?
You will have access to the content as soon as you sign up until your baby reaches 3 months.
Will this replace a 'traditional' antenatal course?
I say go and do all of the courses on offer - whether free or paid.
Chances are that because they are 'traditional', they won't have Black and mixed mamas at the centre of what they're offering and it's not likely that they're able to offer a community that's just for Black and mixed heritage mamas like you!
