We welcome Black mamas from all over the globe, however please bear in mind that Zoom sessions will be scheduled in the evening (GMT) Mon - Fri and the free books will not be posted to you. You will however, be able to purchase the books from Amazon at a discount.

The Zoom sessions are for mamas only. We value the role of the birth partner and so open up the sessions on the birth partner's role to partners also. For private birth preparation sessions for you and your partner/birth partner - be sure to add the 1:1 coaching sessions when you sign up!

We strongly encourage you to make the time to attend these group preparation sessions. However, we realise that sometimes life gets in the way. The teaching element of the sessions will be recorded and you can watch the replays at your convenience. The check in/Q&A part of the session will not be recorded because we want to ensure that this is a safe space for mamas to  share openly.
If you feel that you'd be unable to make several of the group sessions or you're just not a group person, sign up for 1:1 sessions that are offered at your convenience (Mon-Fri).

The earlier you sign up, the better! Pregnancy, birth and parenthood is a journey; I liken it to an epic adventure. Let's get you started on the right foot. I can alert you to some of the potholes that many Black mamas encounter on the way so that your journey is smoother and easier.
